Which themes do you work with?
Horizon and the other Shopify themes (Dawn, Refresh, Craft and more), plus premium themes such as Impulse, Prestige, Impact and custom-built themes.
Will you change my live theme?
No. We work on a duplicate theme and send you a preview link. Changes go live only when you approve them.
Can you fix a problem caused by an app?
Yes. We find the conflict, fix it in the theme or app settings, and suggest a lighter alternative if the app is slowing your store down.
Do you need my password?
No. Send a collaborator request from your Shopify admin and we’ll accept it — you control the permissions.
