Before you write
Do you offer phone calls?
We work mainly by email so everything is written down and easy to track. Video calls can be arranged for larger projects.
Should I send my Shopify password?
No. Send a collaborator request from your Shopify admin instead — it’s safer and you control the permissions.
What should I include in my message?
Your store URL, what you’d like done, any examples you like and your ideal timeline.
